Day 1 My journey started early in the morning as the family was getting ready for work and school. I made sure my list of things to do before I left was complete and I headed out! And then sat in OKC morning traffic for an hour. But after that… I WAS ON MY WAY!

MISSION: Continental Divide Trail (CDT) OBJECTIVES: 1. Complete the CDT 2. Execute a multi-week trip 3. Pictures along the trail (Testing out lack of DSLR camera knowledge) 4. Scenic views 5. A few pictures from my trip to explore the Eastern portions of the Ouachita National Forest. I’m trying to get better at this photography thing so tips, tricks, critiques are welcomed!
One of the first “Missions” I am setting off to do for this blog revolved around me exploring the Eastern side of the Ouachita National Forest. I have spent a LOT of time on the Western side so I want to see what experiences the East can provide. Wish me luck!
